EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires. You can start a return or cancellation request through your customer account at https://shopify.com/94738448769/account.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may cancel it directly through your account. If your order has already been fulfilled, you may request a return through the same link.

Return window 14 days from the date you receive the last item in your order. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it extends to the next working day.

Returning items You must send the items back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated at the time of your return request.

Refunds Once we receive your returned items, we will refund the full purchase price including standard outbound shipping costs. We will process your refund using the same payment method you used for the original order.

Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made items, or other categories exempt under applicable EU law.
